Part A: The website
1. What this part covers
This part applies to the website claro.run. The app is covered by the app's privacy policy, version datenschutz-2026-13, linked below.

No data protection officer has been appointed; the requirements of § 38 BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act) are not met.
3. What happens when you open the website
The website consists of fixed files: pages, font files, images and a stylesheet. It has no contact form, no sign-in and no account.
It is delivered by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare is our host and processes the data as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. So that your browser receives a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data: your IP address, date and time, the requested address, the status code, the amount of data transferred, the previously visited page if your browser sends it, and the identifier of your browser and operating system. These data end up in server log files at Cloudflare; Cloudflare also uses them to fend off attacks.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is delivering the website securely and reliably.
- Retention: Cloudflare keeps this data only as long as needed for delivery and protection against attacks and deletes it afterwards; we do not analyse it ourselves.
- Third country: Cloudflare may also process data in the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision under Art. 45 GDPR); in addition, the data processing agreement contains the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We do not analyse these log files ourselves and do not combine them with other data.
4. What there is none of
- No cookies and no other storage in your browser. Consent under § 25 TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) is therefore not required, and there is no consent banner.
- No tracking, no audience measurement, no advertising, no profiles.
- No embedded third-party content: no fonts from Google Fonts or other providers, no videos, maps or social media buttons. The fonts are served from the same server as the pages. Your browser connects only to claro.run.
- The sample answer on the slip on the home page stays in the open page and is neither stored nor transmitted anywhere.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18) and to object (Art. 21) to processing under Art. 6(1)(f). Write to info@datargo.com.
Right to lodge a complaint: You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Hessischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Postfach 3163, 65021 Wiesbaden, Germany.
