It’s what holds when nobody replies.

How it works
One plan that looks the same on both phones. Anything that departs from it arrives as a short note, and you read it when it suits you.
-
Ask once. Set a reply-by date.
Swap a weekend, move a changeover, keep the kids an extra night: in claro every change is a question with a reply-by date. No explaining yourself, no thread that runs for pages.
The answer is “Fine by me” or “Doesn’t work”. And if nothing comes back in time, the plan simply carries on.

Your calendar already knows
claro writes the kids’ weeks, changeovers and agreed changes into the calendar you already use, work calendar included. Who has the kids sits right there between the stand-up and the dentist.
That part is free, with or without a subscription.

Questions
Isn’t WhatsApp enough?
For writing, yes. What it lacks is a rule for when no reply comes. In claro every change has a reply-by date, no reply means the plan stands, and the result shows up in both calendars.
Who sees what I enter?
Both parents in the family see the same plan, questions and heads-ups. Everything else in your calendar stays where it is.
What does claro cost?
Seeing the plan, answering questions, heads-ups and the calendar are free. The printable sheet and bringing in events from your calendar come with a subscription at €7.99 a month or €79 a year. It renews automatically and you can cancel before the next period. One subscription covers the family.
What if my ex won’t join?
Then you start on your own. You set up the plan, see it, and get it in your calendar. Whoever joins later sees the same plan.
Where can I get claro?
claro launches on iPhone in the App Store; it isn’t listed there yet. An Android app is planned, without a date so far.
No reply? The plan stands.
So there is less to write, and the kids know where they’ll sleep.
